Host a Personality Mini Fundraiser

A personality mini fundraiser is a fun weekend event where families sign up for a 5 minute photo spot to get pictures of their kids. These sessions are designed to be quick, fun and really focus on capturing each kid's unique personality. This means kids can wear their favorite outfit or even bring a favorite stuffed animal. A portion of the proceeds goes to support your organization.
HOW IT WORKS
Simple. Easy. Fun.

Step 1
Choose a date and location. Pick a weekend and space that works for your organization.
STEP 2
I build the booking page. I create a custom page and handle all the scheduling and payments.
STEP 3
You spread the word. I'll provide you with marketing materials and step by step instructions to make this easy. Your job is to get the word out.
OTHER details
- You must book a date with me 2-3 months in advance
- A minimum of 30 families must sign up
- Sessions are for kids only, ages 6 months–18 years
- Events run on Saturdays (unless a weekday works better for your situation) and can be booked anytime between January and April
- Families book a spot for $30, which includes 1 free photo of their choice, with the option to purchase more
- $10 of every spot booked goes directly to your organization

FAQ
What if 30 families don't sign up?
I build a custom webpage for each organization. Before any bookings open, the page collects emails from interested families. If there's enough interest, I open up real booking spots. If not, we cancel the event before anyone has paid anything.
How long does the whole event take?
This depends on how many families sign up. At minimum, plan for about 4 hours. If interest is high enough that everyone can't fit into one day, we can coordinate a second date, possibly a Friday night and Saturday morning combo.
Do we need to provide anything?
Just a room with an electrical outlet and 1-2 day-of volunteers. I bring all the equipment I need.
When do we receive our portion of the proceeds?
On the day of the event.
Can this happen alongside another event we're already hosting, or does it need to be a standalone?
This is typically run as a standalone event, but if you're interested in pairing it with something else you're hosting, we can talk through logistics to see if it makes sense.
Is there a cost to host this, or is it free to set up?
It's free for you to host. In return, I just ask for help marketing the event and volunteers on the day of.
